Payments must be made within 48 hours. Payments received before 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Payments received after 3pm will be processed and shipped the day thereafter. Buyer responsible for one way shipping costs for any returns. Any returns must be in 100% original condition and packaging and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. You forfeit your right to a refund if the product is physically damaged or items are missing and / or the packaging is damaged or destroyed. We do not ship outside South Africa. No collections allowed for security reasons so please do not ask.
