Please note we do not keep stock of this product. Once you've made the purchase through BidorBuy (and at least a 50% deposit has been received), the order will be placed at our supplier and usually take 8-10 working days to arrive. Once the order has arrived in Pretoria you will receive a notice that the order has been sent or is available for collection. Other auction's marked as in-stock are available for delivery/collection within 24 hours.

All orders are shipped in secure bubble wrap envelopes with a tracking number. The tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been sent. All overnight Speed Services packages are sent to the specified post office for collection.

Our Returns Policy:

1. The item must be returned within 30 days of the date received.
2. Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents and within the original packaging.
3. BidorBuy listing and selling fees & postage and handling fees will be deducted.
4. In case of a defect, an RMA# will be issued and replacement will be sent as soon as we can verify that a defective part was received back.
5. The buyer is responsible for return shipping & insurance costs.
6. Returned items found to be in working order will be returned at buyer's expense or a 20% restocking fee will be charged if item is not defective and returned because of incompatibility.
7. Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment must be received within 7 days from the date of purchase on BidorBuy. If the buyer is unable to do so a Sale Not Complete will be filed.
2. Cancellations of orders not yet received incur a 20% admin and stocking fee.
3. By bidding/purchasing we assume the buyer accepts our Terms, Conditions and Return Policy.

Warranty & Guarantee:

Broken on arrival (Dead on arrival) cards should be returned to us within 7 days as described in our returns policy for a replacement item. We also provide a 30 Day Warranty on the items we sell which should also be returned as described in our returns policy.

Our supplier provides us with a 1, 2 or 3 year warranty depending on the item, however we only provide a 30 Day Warranty for orders through BidorBuy. If there are any problems with the purchased item after this period please contact us directly, at our own discretion we might be able to assist you with a replacement from our supplier even after the initial 30 day period.
