Common problem: - The light is not bright. Solution: The ballast plugs have the opposite polarity. This simply means flipping the
elliptical plug inserted into the ballast. Unlike conventional halogen bulbs, the polarity of the ballast (-/+) is sensitive.
Retest. If the problem persists, replace the ballast or lamp to diagnose the lamp or ballast. In many cases, it is not the HID kit,
but the culprit of the vehicle. Some vehicles, such as For Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/BMW/Mercedes, may require additional
wiring/eliminator plugs to mount the HID. - The light will then illuminate, flash or quickly turn off. Solution: In many cases, the HID kit is not the culprit, but the vehicle.
