This 2200 mAh 7.4v LiPo battery is perfectly suitable to replace your receiver battery when used with a regulator.
Our in-House test have given us 3 flights on a 50 size heli and 4 flights on a 90 size heli. 2 of these packs connected in parallel give you 4400mAh at 7.4 volts - an easy 8 flights on your 90 size heli.

NOTE:
Normal operating temperature is approx. 40-65°C(within 80% of rated discharge). Max. temperature: 80°C.
Recommend to discharge the battery within 80% of rated discharge, keep 90% capacity when over 100 cycles, keep 85% capacity when over 150 cycles.(The cycle life and efficiency will reduce with high current, high temperature and over-discharge)
When using high energy Li-Poly batteries, please do not over-discharge or over-charge batteries, as this could result in an over-temperature situation. Discharging capacity should not exceed 75 to 80% of the max capacity after full charging to ensure a good cycle performance.
It is recommended that you fully charge a brand new battery before using and only discharge the battery 50% for first 5 times to maximise the efficiency of the battery. Do not use the battery with insufficient voltage.
Do not expose batteries to sunshine or store / charge batteries at the temperature over 35C or in a airtight car. The environment high temperature could cause the damage or the danger of bursting. If the battery becomes hot while high current discharging or flying, please do not charge the battery immediately. Wait to cool down(about 20 mins), then inspect before recharging. Failure to follow the original factory useage recomendations could cause the battery to balloon or worse.
Do not leave the charger unattended while charging.
