Shipping 

• Items will be shipped via ordinary parcel with tracking number by the South African Post Office.
• No international shipping.
• Buyer will receive a tracking number via e-mail the same day as the parcel was posted.
• Shipping will take place no longer than 72 hours after the payment have cleared.
• Buyer must ensure that the correct postal address is provided.
• If parcel is returned the buyer will have 72 hours to re-deposit the shipping cost or the item will not be send again.
• If the item is damaged the buyer must return it within 7 days to the seller for a swop out and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Return postage is payable by the buyer and is non refundable.
• If the item is damaged due to miss usage the item will not be exchanged.
