Plus, easy install made it perfect on your car.The V-band flanges are machined to allow them to slide about 1\/8 inch onto the pipe before welding which keeps them centered and ensures a smooth transition for exhaust flow. Fit perfectly, nice and snug. Welded up cleanly. No leaks.Besides being machined to fit on the pipe for welding, the mating face of both flanges are machined to keep them centered.
