Minimum requirements before a cell is considered for refurbishment:

-Single use to less than 5 charge cycles
-The cell has never been discharged deeper than 3.4v
-All cells are charged to about 90% within 48 hours of maximum discharge
-Cells charge to between 4.1V and 4.2V off the charger
-Voltage bounces back after short discharge test
-No physical damage, metal out of place, dirt or moisture present
-Never experienced temperatures outside its rated range

Average charge/discharge cycles:  <1 to <5
Charging cycles left (charge/discharge at 0.5A): 300 to 500+
