3 Decommissioned Boer War Pom Pom shells for 1 bid. The Germans were among many anti British supporters who supplied arms to the Boers during the Anglo-Boer War. Included in the arms were the Pom Pom shells. They were assembled in belts, and were fired machine gun style. Two of the shells were produced in Karlsruhe, Germany in 1900 and 1901 (cant make out the inscriptions on the 3rd one) and are 37mm in diameter and 6.5" high. They have been decommissioned, and are in good condition for their age. Great buy for the collector of Boer war Memorabilia.
