Apartment 616 is a newly-designed studio flat with wonderful views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the harbour. It is a self-catering flat on the top floor. Within walking distance is the Waterfront. The vibrant area between Green Point and De Waterkant is virtually on the doorstep of the apartment block. There are restaurants, laundromats, breakfast delis, car hire shops and night life all within walking distance. Camps Bay beach and Clifton are a ten minute drive away and the much-enjoyed Sea Point promenade is a five minute drive. 

The apartment is equipped with a fully-fitted kitchenette, queen-sized bed (with cotton-percale linen), DStv compact (full bouquet offered at extra charge), ipod-compatible music system, and a newly-renovated bathroom with a shower. There is a secure off-street parking bay with a remote-controlled gate. A USB modem can be organized at extra charge. The apartment is serviced weekly.
