All units are fully equipped with everything you need. It is like going from home to over 160 holiday homes all over South Africa.
The resorts mostly consist of 1 Bedroom for 4 people or 2 bedroom for 6 people, some of the resorts do have a 3 bedroom for 8 people. A 1 bedroom is normally for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 and a 2 bedroom for 4 adults and 2 children under 12
You can book for a maximum of 5 years from date of registration
Yes, you can rent out your holiday that you booked, on the condition you have notified the booking agent
You have no yearly fees to pay for the membership, but remember it is only valid for 5 years.
You can use it anytime of the year, including school holidays. School holidays is not always easy to get availability as most South Africans go away in School Holidays and the resorts are just that big. PLEASE DO BID ON THIS IF YOUR ARE PURELY LOOKING FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AS YOU ARE GOING TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

All members are liable for the management fee of the resort when you make your reservation. The same as any other timeshare

Management fees start from around R 1800 up to R 11 500 ( Depending on the resort, unit size and season )
