3 Vintage Stanley planes for 1 bid

3 Vintage Stanley planes for 1 bid. This lot consists of:

• Stanley No. 4 smoothing plane in original box. I would estimate that this plane was manufacture in England in the 1960/70s. The plane is in very good condition - is still in its original box with instructions "Hints for using a Stanley plane/ Wenke by die gebruik van 'n Stanley skaaf.
• Stanley No. 110 Block Plane.  This old plane dates to the 1940s. It has a rosewood knob and solid cast iron lever-cap tightening wheel. The plane is in good working condition.
• Stanley No. 78 duplex rabbet plane - Pat’d 6-7-10. This plane dates to the early 1900s. It has two positions for the cutter: the rear position for regular work and the forward position for bull- nose work such as "stopped rebates". When used in the usual rear position, the cutter is adjustable for depth of cut. The plane is not fitted with an adjustable fence, but is in good condition.
