Welcome to my world of glass, to which I am drawn constantly because of their endless possibilities and many facets. I have always been a creative being but the moment I mastered something, I have seem to loose interest. Everything changed when I stumbled across glass. I am a warm glass artist but can’t resist any challenge when it comes to glass and therefore I am also exploring the art of stained glass and mosaics. When buying a handmade item, you are buying more than just an item, object or piece of art. You are buying hundreds of hours of failures and experimentation. You are buying days, weeks and months of frustration and moments of pure joy. You aren’t just buying a thing, you’re buying a piece of someone’s heart, part of a creative soul, a moment of someone’s life. I was messing around on my workstation wondering what to do with all my glass off-cuts and then the idea came to mind.
