3 x "Our Art" books (job lot)

All three volumes of the series Our Art, produced in 1950-60s, offered as one job lot. Note that the first two volumes are in the plastic folder format as they were issued originally. The third volume is a more conventional A4 book. Conditions and contents described below.

Our Art 1: 143 pages, illustrations throughout, in original plastic covers. Opening and closing pages heavily foxed and tone aged.

Artists include Pierneef, van Wouw, Wenning, Naude, Jentsch, Laubser, Roworth, Goodman, Caldecott, Boonzaier, Seneque, Oerder, Mayer, Coetzer, Stern, Kottler, Welz, Spilhaus and Sumner.

Our Art 2: 143 pages, illustrations throughout, in original plastic covers. Tiny tear on each of the first four pages.

Artists include Battiss, Cilliers-Barnard, Everard family, Krenz, Lipschitz, Hillhouse, Kibel, G. Vorster, Goldblatt, Krige, Sekoto, Higgs, van Essche, Sash and Preller.

Our Art 3: 160 pages, illustrations throughout, conventional hardcover with dustjacket. Age toning on endpapers, dustjacket in poor condition with many large tears, losses and some sellotape. Covers somewhat buckled.

Artists include Domsaitis, Mason, Meerkotter, A. Vorster, Scully, Villa, Kumalo, Boys, Harries, Laubscher, Eloff, Bosch, van der Reis and Skotnes.
