We cannot put a hold on a unit. In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that you follow the following steps:

1. Ask any questions you may have about the resort or unit first before placing an order. We will gladly provide you with any information you need to make a decision.

2. After considering the information and if you decide to buy the holiday, kindly check with us whether the unit is still available         before placing an order.

3. If we confirm the unit is available, please proceed with placing the order and make payment immediately. This will enable us to reserve the unit for you.

4. As soon as we receive notification from BoB that the payment has been made, we continue with the reservation process and (unless there are complications) you should have the confirmation letter e-mailed to you within 24 hours after making the payment.

5. If you place an order and don't make the payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If the payment has not been made within 24 hours after placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
