Features: -It is mainly composed of nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire and silicone rubber high-temperature insulation cloth. The silicone rubber heating plate is very thin, light in weight and flexible. It has good waterproof performance, fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, and good toughness.
-The insulation layer of the silicone rubber heating plate is composed of silicon rubber and glass fiber cloth, which has high insulation performance and a breakdown voltage of 20- 50KV/mm.
-The double-sided adhesive on the back can be directly attached to the product to be heated. The maximum resistance is 200 ﾣ and it does not fall off.
Installations:
--Can be bonded with pressure-sensitive adhesive on flat and smooth workpieces.
-The maximum operating temperature of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is: 150 ﾣ C continuous, 230 ﾣ C instant. Where the power density does not exceed 0.9W / c.
Warming: -When using this type of electric heating device, care must be taken that its continuous use working temperature should be less than 240 ﾣ C and instantaneous not exceed 300 ﾣ C.
-Silicone electric heating device can work and under pressure, that is, it can be pressed against the heated surface with auxiliary pressure plate. The heat conduction is good. When the temperature in the working area does not exceed 240 a, its current density can reach 3W / c.
-The operating temperature is allowed to be less than 150 a under paste installation conditions.
-In the case of air dry burning, the power density should be less than 1 W / c due to the temperature resistance of the material; in non-continuous working conditions, the power density can reach 1.4 W / c.
