SUGGESTED USE:

• Pre-Event or Training - Consume a 32Gi Sports Gel 15 minutes prior to the start of a high-intensity session & continue to consume every 45 minutes or as required.
• During Events & Training - Consume a 32Gi Sports Gel every 45 minutes or as required (Recommended 60-90g of carbohydrate per hour of exercise).
• Take care to keep well hydrated, using either 32Gi Endure Sports Drink, 32Gi Hydrate, or water.
