1) All Product returns or Exchanges will be send to the manufacturer / Supplier / Distributor for a full inspection and assessment Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a full inspection and assessment by the product supplier / manufacturer / Distributor every supplier / manufacturer / Distributor have its own Policy to exchanges and returns
2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
This 3m aluminium pole has a 38mm outer diameter, 1.22mm wall thickness, and a cranked (offset) section. The aluminium construction provides corrosion resistance while maintaining low weight. The cranked geometry allows offset mounting to clear obstacles such as eaves or walls.
