3D Printing

We do 3D Printing.

We have a Wanhao Duplicator I3 Version 2 3D printer available for 3D printing. This is a very reliable and accurate machine.

Whether creating prototype containers and casings before mass production, custom casings for electronics projects, gears and other robot parts or a completely unique idea, 3D printing is the perfect solution. PLA printed models can also be painted using acrylic paints. 

There is also a large library of free models available at https://www.youmagine.com/ and https://www.thingiverse.com/ to choose from.

How It Works:

Request a quote, make an offer for the amount specified in the quote using BidorBuy, we print it and send it back to you. It's that simple.

For quotes, please send the model to: [email protected] (Please ensure the model is either a .stl , .obj or .dae format.)

The following information should be included in the email:

1) The desired filament type,

2) The desired layer resolution (either 0.2 mm or 0.1 mm),

3) The desired shell thickness (please note that the minimum would be 0.4 mm),

4) The desired fill density (20% is typical),

5) Desired amount to be printed,

6) Desired shipping method and shipping address.

All payments and further communication will be done through the BidorBuy platform.

Filament Available and Cost:

Costs are calculated according to weight.

PLA - Black : R 0.75 per gram.

Flexible - Red : R 1.25 per gram
