The bands scored a four out of five for quality because they appeared durable, although our tester noted she would have preferred if the bands were smaller in diameter for added resistance during exercises.The bands are easy to throw in a gym bag alone, but its nice that they come with a mesh bag to keep them in one placethe reason behind our five out of five score for portability.
