In addition to the foundation of the loop, a non-slip grip strip is woven into the inside of the band. Our tester noted that for the relatively affordable price, this was a quality characteristic that stood out among others she tested with a glued-on strip. The set comes with three bands in light, medium, and heavy resistance levels that when measured in The Lab, accurately depicted ascending resistance as noted in the product description.
