   2007 - Thomas Jefferson Uncirculated "Golden 1$" 

Each coin in this series, 38 in total, will only be minted for a period of 6 weeks by the USA Mint.  

You are bidding on 1 x brilliant uncirculated coin in a beautiful display case 

The United States is honoring the Nation's presidents by issuing $1 circulating coins featuring their images in the order that they served.  The USA Mint will mint and issue 4 Presidential $1 coins per year.  

A total of 38 Presidents will be honored from 2007 to 2016.

OBVERSE - The obverse has the portrait and the inscriptions : Thomas Jefferson at the top and 3rd President 1801 - 1809 at the bottom.

REVERSE - The reverse features a striking rendition of the Statue of Liberty and the inscriptions : United States of America and $1.

The usual mottos: "E Pluribus Unum" and "In God We Trust" as well as the date and mintmark were moved to the edge of the coin.

 Diameter : 26.5 mm

Weight : 8.1 grams

Condition : Uncirculated

Mintmark : P (Phillidelphia Mint) or D (Denver Mint)

Metal Content : 88.5% Copper, 6% Zink, 3.5% Manganese, 2% Nickel (Exactly the same as the Sacagawea "Golden" Dollar
