All in excellent condition with dust covers, some may have B/day or Xmas Wishes on the first page. No writings or leftover ingredients inside on pages etc! 

Owner is more a Collector than Cook/Chef.

1. The first Book Taste Freedom centres around the Freedom Café in KZN and Neil takes you through the menu with wonderful photographs and drawings of items on the menu and furniture and the refurbishing of the Café and  his Concierge Boutique Bungalows.

2. The second Book Life's a Beach Cottage is in the same manner and is about spending time with family and friends at the Beach Cottage, recipes, photographs snippets of conversation etc.

The third Book Shiny Happy People Neil takes one to the homes of 11 mates and there is a journey through their homes with recipes of favourite meals that were prepared there.

These are truly Cookery Books with a difference, South African in a way not done before!
