Standalone 4 Channel Networked Digital Video CCTV Recorder
For the ultimate in home and business security! Unlike many other affordable CCTV systems, the KT-D9004 is a stand-alone dedicated CCTV recording system and unlike most other affordable CCTV systems are not based on a regular home PC. This makes it a lot more reliable than PC based CCTV systems.
The KT-D9004 monitors 4 channels simultaneously in real timeand operates in triplex mode. This means that it can monitor, record and play back video at the same time.
A dedicated 160GB hard disk is pre-installed providing 100’s of hours of recordings as well as a CD writer for backing up videos/images. A USB interface is also provided on the unit to connect it to other PC’s.
You can connect the KT-D9004 to an ADSL router or other broadband internet service via its RJ45 10/100 network port and view your cameras live from anywhere in the world! You can also view your cameras from anywhere on a local computer network and easily make backups through USB/Network
Connections are provided to connect a regular TV or monitor using a RCA (Composite) video cable or connect a regular PC (CRT or LCD) monitor using a 15 pin VGA cable.
Controlling the unit is easy using a PS2 PC optical mouse (Included) or a remote control (Included)
Recording schedules can be individually set on each camera channel and can be activated by motion detection (Channel records when the camera detects movement) or by set time/date schedules. Motion detection sensitivity and specific areas can also be adjusted to suit the situation.
You can later search for clips by date/time or type of event. Motion detection is extremely useful, it only records when there is something to record saving you the time and hassle of searching through hours and hours of video.
The 4 cameras included is all IR. 2 waterproof and 2 Dome cameras will be provided!
