A Similar set with similar dressesDolls were made in honour of the Dionne quintuplets when they were born on 28th May 1934. Mostly made by Madame Alexander. The dolls I have do not have makers name.I have 4 of the 5 dolls--one is missing.Please see all photo's as to how these dolls looked when I received them. They have been restored and redressed in old organdy material normally used for these dolls.2 pairs of the original shoes have been kept and 3 pairs remade with old oilcloth material normally used to make the shoes.A 5th dress and shoes have been made in case their sister turns up.Their names and the colour of their dresses were Annette-yellow, cecile-green,marie--blue,yvonne--pink and emelie--lavender.A white dress shold be lavender.
