Four prints or etchings by HG Webb. Old London mini prints. Walter Raleighs Cell, Tower Of London, St. Peters etc...

It is not clear if these are original etchings by the painter/etcher himself, or later reproductions. The paper certainly seems very old. If they are original then they date from the 1890s. The set of prints is neat and well framed.

Artist: HG Webb

About HG Webb: Harry George Webb was a painter/ etcher whose dates are always shown as 1882 - 1914 , suggesting a short life, however he set up the Caradoc press in Chiswick in 1899 with his wife hesba and continued after the war.

Frame Dimensions: 27 cm x 19 cm

Etching Dimensions: Etchings are much smaller than the frames and are various sizes. Around 5 to 10 cm either way for width or height.

Weight: 0.3 kg each, about 1.2 kg for all four.

Condition: Frames are in excellent condition and are completely matching. This is a set. The etchings are covered with glass in the frame and still have the paper back part of the frames intact and in excellent condition.
