How to make a peppermint foot scrub
A peppermint foot scrub is great to use if you're looking to invigorate your body. Peppermint essential oil provides an energy boost and serves as an emollient as it soothes and smoothes the skin.
Here is how to prepare a peppermint foot scrub:
Things You’ll Need:
1 cup of Epsom salt
1/2 cup of cold water
2 drops of peppermint essential oil
Combine Epsom salt and peppermint oil. Add water gradually. The mass should resemble a paste and by adding water gradually you'll be sure not to make it to liquid. It shouldn't be too soft or too hard. Rub feet and soles in circular motion. Rinse off with warm water
