4 Vintage military items for 1 bid. This lot consists of:
A wooden 7.62 Ball ammunition box. It was issued on 10/7/1976 and has Government Explosive marked on it. It measures 42cm x 28cm x 23cm, and is in fair condition for its age - missing the lid.
Vintage Lee Enfield rifle belt. I think that this is a Lee Enfield rifle belt dating to the 1940s. It is manufactured from thick canvas, and has leather fasteners on the ends. It has some wear, but is generally in good condition for its age.
Vintage British Army Lee Enfield .303 bandolier. This old bandolier dates back to the 1940/50s, and is manufactured from canvas. It has 5 metal clips to hold the bandolier closed. It is old and has some wear, and needs a good wash.
A 1970s Esbit stove. This was a favourite of SADF soldiers when cooking on patrol on the border. When folded open, it perfectly held a firebucket. The stove is in good condition for its age.
