White carrots were grown in the Middle Ages, but now have become very rare. This is a standard sized carrot that has a clear white color, just make sure that any clay soil is amended with sphagnum moss (or fiber of your choice) to give the tuber lots of growing room...that's the trick to big, straight carrots!
