Working principle:

 

When the power is turned on, the negative temperature coefficient thermistor supplies power to the load. As the temperature of the thermistor increases, the resistance value decreases and the voltage rises slowly, effectively suppressing the surge current impact on the circuit and other electrical appliances. Impact.

 

After about 2 seconds, the relay pulls in and short-circuits the thermistor. The power supply will directly supply power to the load through the relay contacts, and the load will enter the normal operating state.
