Kit for the PCP handpump, featuring 2x rebuild spares on most items. These all come prepacked in a PP plastic bag.

The spares listed are as follow:

• 1x Brass stopend used for sealing the hose up air tight / plugging the hose up, so that the hose can be preessurized and thereafter, one can monitor the guage needle and listen to the pump for leaks.
• 1x Brass male quick coupler - female 1/8" BSP threading. This is useful for certain filling probes. Please do not use thread tape to create an airtight seal, use a dowty/ bonded washer instead.
• 1x Spiraling compression spring, 0.4x6.65-3.65x9.65. This is for the non-return valve at the base of the pump, that threads into the pump's base plate.
• 1x Metric Allen key, 3mm.
• 1x Rubber ball, 6mm diameter. This is to prevent counteracting compression when the pump shaft is pushed downward.
• 2x Steel countersunk screw, 3mm hex drive. M5x0.65x25. This is to affix the T-handle to the shaft and by extension, the first stage brass piston.
• 2x PTFE ring seals, 1.70x8.90x5.50x3.
• 1x Plastic collar, 3.45x6x1.40, inside tappered. This is used to compress the spring on the third stage rod, adding tension which keeps the hole on the rod end shut when the air does not need to compress through.
• 1x PTFE seal, 6mm diameter x 3mm
• 2x Nitrile O-rings, 19.6x26x3mm
• 2x 22x28x3.2mm
• 2x 5x9x2.10mm
• 1x 4x7.6x1.90mm
• 2x 3.4x6.5x1.725mm
• 2x 21.8x24x1.55mm

Please note that we cannot, for whatever reason, break these kits up to sell the individual spares loose.
