Usage method:

1. The wheel blade shall be used together with the cutting plate

2. Place the cloth block according to the scale on the backing plate. Press the cloth block with a cutting ruler and then cut it

3. The cloth should be placed under the cutting ruler, close to the cutting ruler, and the blade should be perpendicular to the cloth surface, cutting forward or backward

4. Please cut in a single direction. Do not cut back and forth for many times

5. Do not move the cutting ruler when you are not sure whether it is cut or not. Gently pull the cloth block outside the cloth ruler, confirm that it is completely cut, and then move the cloth ruler.

Note: Please lock the locking button (put the blade in) when not in use, keep it away from children to avoid cutting
