speed service (for which I paid an extra R55) took three weeks to arrive from date of confirmation of payment. No tracking number or contact from the seller, despite requests, was ever supplied.R95 mystery gift was never supplied. No replies to my requests for information have ever been received. This sellers service needs to be addressed by BOB before buyers lose confidence in the site. I am still waiting and will not stop raising my concerns.
