Function:
1. Scan from "F" to "E" when connected with power.
2. Display "F" green light when first use.
3. Battery charge capacity is indicated using a 10 segment LED bar graph display form full to empty.
4. The LED display will delay 155s when the battery's capacity is down.
5. The 2nd LED from the left flashes as a warning that the battery has discharged 80%.
6. At 90% discharge, LED alternate flashes the left 2 LED's to indicate very low capacity is remaining.
7. Recognition fales battery charging signals function: Only when battery charging higher than definite
voltage and last more than 6 minutes can it be recognized to full battery.
8. About the "C" pin (optional): when the switch is off, LED will turn off, and the indicator will not work.
