Purpose

• If you have more HDMI source devices than your TV, monitor or projector has input ports then this device will effectively add 4 more ports all capable of switching 4K.
• You can connect any number of HDMI input devices from 1 to 5. If you have 3 then you will be left with 2 spare inputs for future use.

Remote Control

• The unit has both manual and IR remote input selection options
• If due to your installation the switch itself is completely hidden from view an 'optional remote IR extension RX eye' can be purchased separately (port available on the unit). In this case only the extension eye needs to have LOS (line of sight) with the remote control itself.
• Note: The IR remote is powered by a lithium button battery (CR2025) which is NOT included.
