WHAT CAN IT DO!
THE "X-RAY" EFFECT:
If the infrared filter (which passes only infrared light and blocks all visible light) is placed on the binoculars and NightShot is turned on, the binoculars show pure infrared images during the daytime. WHY? Because infrared light passes through certain clothing fabrics.Of course you will not see through all clothing. Cottons x-ray poorly and Jeans will not x-ray at all. Synthetic materials are ideal. Typically THIN synthetics such as Polyester, Nylon, Rayon, Silk, etc., and some thin Cottons....the thinner and tighter (form-fitting) the better. Different weaves in the material will x-ray different. Of course a looser woven material will x-ray the best. Dark color materials tend to x-ray better than lighter ones because dark colors absorb light, whereas light colors reflect the light. Adequate lighting is also a factor.
