It will hold one standard 3.5" HDD and one standard 2.5" HDD. If your 3.5" HDD is over 26mm thick you may struggle to get a standard 9.5mm 2.5" HDD in there with it.

It uses standard screws to mount the drives. The material at the screws is 2mm thick so no need for extra long screws.
