This Korean native chilli is a fast grower and can reach maturity in as little as 90 days after transplanting from seedling trays. The abundant fruit of the Chilli Inchanga plant are consistent in size and form, have thin walls with quite a fiery flavour. It’s a long narrow conical shaped pepper that starts of dark green and matures to a bright red and can grow up to 13 cm long and 1.5 cm wide. This makes these Cayenne type Chillies perfect for making your own Chilli powder. It’s reputed to measure 30,000-50,000 on the Scoville scale which measure the heat of Chilli Peppers.
