It works on AA batteries which doesn't come with it. So you first need to purchase batteries and insert inside the space provided for that to make it work.
Speed Modes:
It comes with two speed modes LOW and HIGH I find the LOW speed option to be good enough for skin . As HIGH speed mode is way too fast for skin and can damage it.

The Instructions are provided in the pictorial form on the back of cover it comes with.
First insert the AA Batteries inside after opening the battery cover at the front of machine.
Attach one of the Head accessory to the head of the machine. You can do it by pressing the head accessory against the head.
Now Switch On the button at the back of Machine either at Low or High Speed Mode.and it will start rotating in that mod
