TERMS We offer a 100% money back guarantee on each item. Refund or exchange within 7 days if you are dissatisfied. You just mail the item back in the original condition and a refund/ replacement will be sent.
We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Although out pictures are very accurate, colour may not match exactly as the real item due to variations in computer monitors. 
Some gems may be colour enhanced or fracturefilled to enhance beauty but this will be disclosed on each item.We are human though and also make mistakes. Certificates and only come with the items that state this in the description. We can arrange for any item to be certified at an accredited gemological laboratory at your cost.
