Exchange policy:

All hair extensions can be exchanged if the following conditions are met:
within 7 days of reception
Complete not worn in its sealed packet for personal hygiene and safety of other clients, hair extensions / pieces cannot be re sold after  the packet been opened.
Exchange only, no refund.
Buyer cover the exchange postage cost or just bring it back to us in Buccleuch, which is R35 econo parcel, R60 speed services and R60 door to door.
