Omega Seamaster/Calendar circa 1952.Rare date at 6.Very Collectable and only one on BoB

I am selling my Omega Seamaster. This used to be my every day watch for many years but after a recent service the watchmaker told me that this model is rare and collectable so I decided it may be of more value to a collector..

The serial nr. is 13016289 and according to the Omega website this dates from 1952.Other details from the inside is code 2627/5SC and Cal.353.

The Omega is a hammer automatic and I understand that this is one of the earliest versions of that model. Also the date is at 6 which is rare and makes the watch collectable. There are no similar models on BoB and on eBay they occasionally come up with a starting price off USD1000+.

The case is stainless steel and the strap is not original.

Photos of the watch are below. The watch has been serviced by Master Watchmakers 'Chronos' of Cape Town and comes with a 12 month guarantee.Copy of the service and calibration certificate is also shown below.

Shipping: Normal parcel post R50;Speed Services R90;Free delivery within reasonable distance of Cape Town CBD; welcome to arrange courier of your own choice at your own cost.
