This lens mount adapter allows you to connect two 55mm lenses together, front to front - creating an affordable alternative to an expensive Marco lens.  Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter.

These rings are frequently used to connect two lenses. More precisely, each male thread is mounted on the filter thread of a lens, and therefore these lenses are reversely mounted.

This is both sides male so that female thread of 55mm lens can be connected.
