All goods are shipped via S.A.P.O. REGISTERED or DOMESTIC PARCEL POST - A tracking no. will be submitted via the Buyer's rating once the item has been shipped.  Shipping by Beads and Baubles WITHIN 1 to 14 DAYS, once your payment reflects in our account. Pse TAKE NOTE of these shipping times!

RESPONSIBILITY & GUARANTEES
Loss/Damage in Transit:  Shipping via SAPO is at the Buyers Risk - we do not accept responsibility for items that have gone astray, been damaged in transit or been tampered with - issues with SAPO are the responsibility of the Buyer, the only exception is where the optional additional SAPO Insurance has been opted for at the charge of 3% of the Parcel cost, in which case we offer a refund ONLY in the event a claim has been successfully lodged against S.A.P.O. and limited to the amount we are refunded.

If Not As Described:  In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund if the item is returned in original condition and packaging.  This does not include shipping costs and a 5% return fee will be charged for administrative costs.

Please note that in the event the Buyer failed to collect the parcel, these guarantees do NOT apply - in which case the Buyer will be notified if the Parcel manages to find its way back to us.  The Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs incurred for the parcel to be resent.  In the event a Buyer has failed to respond to the email notification within a period of 1 month and rectified the payment, the item shall be relisted and the amount already paid in by the Buyer shall be subject to monthly administrative and loss control costs to the amount of 10% of the remaining balance per month.  After the period of 12 months has passed without us receiving word from  the Buyer, the total remaining balance shall be forfeited to cover our administrative and loss control costs and the Buyer perceived as being untraceable.


EXEMPT FROM GUARANTEES
All 2nd Hand Goods are sold as Voetstoots at the Buyer's Risk
Due to the Intimate Nature of Lingerie we do not accept Returns and cannot offer a quarantee.

IN ALL CASES OF CLAIMS WHERE APPLICABLE AND INCLUDING WHERE THE RESPONSIBILITY IS DEEMED TO BE OURS, THE PARCEL MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING & CONDITION.

SHIPPING COSTS
For REGISTERED and or DOMESTIC PARCEL postage we charge a BASE FEE of R35 for the 1st Kg, plus R5 per extra Kg or part thereof above this.  If unsure of parcel weight, please email me for a Pro-forma Invoice.  You may COMBINE any amount of listings/products to the Parcel with the purchase period of 7 DAYS ONLY
