This is a low cost waterproof (IP67 rating) 5A 12V solar charge controller compatible with PWM. This controller has built in Light control, meaning that when daylight starts to occur, the controller load is switched off while the Solar Panels will charge the batteries. When there is no sunlight the controller load is switched on. This feature is fixed and cannot be changed. If you are looking for a 5A 12V controller with a load that is always on, then please look at the CMP03-5A-12V-24H model.
