Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY

1. Proof of Payment is to be submitted by e-mail or SMS within 48 hours of AUCTION end or placing BUY NOW order. Exceptional circumstances where Clause 1.cannot be met must be communicated before the proof of payment deadline as we are always willing to assist.
2. Please use your BoB username as a payment reference.
3. The Item being sold is ONLY guaranteed to bidders meeting the payment policy and items MAY BE  re-listed, a 2nd chance offer made to other bidders OR sold by any means where proof of payment is not received as per Clause 1. and the BUYER consents to cancellation of transaction should seller exercise Clause 3.
4. Shipping to SA only and tracking details will be provided. Insurance is recommended as uninsured items cannot be recovered if they go missing in the postal system.
5. Auctions may also close early at any time so be prepared to proceed with payment to honour your bid.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping days are Tuesdays - Thursdays at 13:00,  whichever time is soonest that your payment reflects in our banking account. Sorry but pickups cannot be accomodated.
2. Defective goods or goods arriving DOA (dead on arrival) must be returned within 7 days of receipt for consideration of refund.

FEEDBACK POLICY

1. Positive feedback is given by default to all buyers completing the transaction and meeting our payment policy.
2. Feedback will be given to all successful buyers after we receive your feedback.
3. Bidders having a negative rating for SNC (sale not complete) or delayed payment to Sellers on BoB in the last 60 days may have their bids deleted ... please do not take offence.
4. Negative feedback will be left for all buyers not completing the transaction and meeting the payment policy. item will be relisted as well as SNC filed to recover the success fee charged by BoB.
