This Downlight is simple to install :

Cut out a hole in the ceiling of between 70mm - 90mm
Connect the LED wires to your existing wires ( for simple wiring, use wiring connectors)
Pull back the orange spring and insert the LED Downlight into the ceiling and the spring will self hold the LED downlight
