PROOF OF PAYMENT - Proof of payment must be forwarded by e-mail or fax to the seller as soon as possible after the payment was made. POSTAGE - Please add R45.00 for postage. Please add R 25.00 for additional items. If you would like me to post it by speed services please add R150.00 per item. For a Cash deposit you must please add R5.00 for every R100.00 deposited.
