Gift inscription on first end page, solidly bound, covers show serious shelf wear ( a good original reading copy, pages discoloured). No 11 While the clock ticked, published 1932. Gift inscription on first end page, solidly bound, covers show shelf wear, book in fair condition, minimal discolouring of pages. No 13 The mark on the door published 1934. Ex Libris sticker and small bookshop stamp on title page. Clean inside, solidly bound with little damage to top corner of pages 85 to 90, but not affecting the text. No 15 The sinister sign post, published 1936. The book is clean inside, but the binding to the spine can be seen when opened at the first two pages, rest solidly bound, covers also in fair condition. No 25 The secret panel, published 1946. The book is solidly bound, but the cover boards are not in good condition. There is a stain on the top part of the pages throughout the book. Gift inscription on the first title page scratched out, bottom front corners of quite a number of pages torn off, but neither the stain or the paperloss affect the text. No 12 Footprints under the window. Published 1957 in Great Britain. Solidly bound and clean inside, little foxing on end pages and two small parts of the dj visible on spine where it must have been glued to. Small stamp on inside of front cover, like the rest a good reading copy. Postage in RSA R44.00
