An important book documenting one of the most courageous feats in the annals of the South African Artillery in the defense of Rigel Ridge in 1942.  It covers the military actions of the Battery during the period 12 August 1941 to 13 June 1942, the date on which they were all but wiped out during the initial retreat from Gazala.
