This stunning collection of six antique Victorian solid English oak high-back dining chairs include two gorgeous ample sized carver armchairs and four dining chairs. The chairs have been upholstered in a wonderful period red velvet with traditional period style upholstery studs around the fabric edges. The chairs are in good condition for their age and judging by the style of the chairs and the wonderful paw feet detailing with the turned stretches and supports most likely date the chairs to the mid 19th century. The fabric has age and usage related wear and tear, but could be re-upholstered to suit your requirements. The chairs are in need of a little TLC and they would be the ideal restoration project for an enthusiast.
