Aircon, 2xLCD 32inch TV's, DStv (New decoders cannot take other smart cards) and DVD surround sound system.(Please arrange optional if you want DSTV activated on owner’s Smart Card). The kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, coffee maker, cookware and cutlery. Please bring own towels.
The apartment is in a secure complex and has a single lock up garage. Additional parking space is available within the complex. The sea views from the kitchen, lounge balcony and main bedroom are absolutely amazing and extends as far as the eye can see. Dolphin and whales can be spotted from the balcony (so bring along your binoculars). It is situated approx. 720m from the main swimming beach via the town centre.If you enjoy taking walks, the complex has a second gate off Marine drive that will take you to the many rock pools (approximately 350 meters) and secluded beaches along the coast line.
Nearby Attractions: There are excellent swimming beaches , numerous restaurants, night clubs, cinemas and golf courses.Oribi Gorge is well known for its hiking trails, bird watching and bungee jumping. Other attractions include The Waffle House, Banana express, Riverbend Crocodile Farm and Pure Venom Reptile Park.
